Balloons N' More is a novelty gift store in Fort Collins, CO. We sell balloons and other gifts for different occasions.

1. SMS Terms and Conditions

Description of SMS Use Cases: By opting into our messaging program, you agree to receive SMS messages from Balloons N' More regarding order updates, delivery tracking notifications, coordination for local pickup, and occasional promotional offers or marketing updates related to our products.

Age Restriction: You must be at least 18 years of age to register for or use the SMS messaging service. By joining, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

Cancellation: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to +1 970-591-9173. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

Re-subscribing: If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Help & Support: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at [email protected].

Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Fees: As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you.

Frequency: You will receive no more than 2 messages a week. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

2. Products and Services

Balloons N' More provides balloon bouquets, decor, gift baskets, and event rentals. We specialize in helium-filled balloons, air-filled towers, and custom arrangements for local delivery and pickup.

3. Delivery and Pickup Policy

Local Delivery: We provide delivery to Fort Collins, Wellington, Windsor, Loveland, and Timnath for a standard fee (currently $10.00).

Availability: Delivery windows are available daily. While we strive for exact timing, delivery times are not guaranteed.

Recipient Absence: If the recipient is not home, we may leave the balloons at the door or with a neighbor if it is safe to do so. We are not responsible for balloons lost or damaged after delivery.

4. Substitution Policy

Balloons and gift items are subject to availability. We reserve the right to substitute items of equal or greater value to ensure your order is delivered on time, particularly for time-sensitive occasions like birthdays or anniversaries.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Cancellations: Changes or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled delivery or pickup.

Defective Items: If a balloon is defective, you must provide a photo of the defect within 24 hours. We will replace the item or issue a refund at our discretion.

Non-Returnable Items: Due to their perishable and fragile nature, balloons and food items are generally non-returnable.

Third-Party Balloons: We do not inflate balloons purchased from other retailers (except as specifically noted in-store). We are not responsible for the quality of balloons not purchased from Balloons N' More.

6. Care and Safety

Choking Hazard: Balloons are a choking hazard for children under 8. Adult supervision is required.

Helium Safety: Do not inhale helium.

Environmental Responsibility: Do not release foil or latex balloons outdoors.

Longevity: Balloons are sensitive to heat and sharp objects. We are not responsible for balloons that pop after they have been picked up or successfully delivered.

7. Limitation of Liability

Balloons N' More is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
